  • Head the Marketing Department of the Company
  • Coordinate and lead in-house and ad hoc marketing team in meeting its objectives and targets

  • Identify new business/client prospects and develop same, especially among the public sector (government) and the organized private sector
  • Ensure all business leads are followed to successful completion

  • Head the media, publicity, and client services department of the Company
  • Lead all activities relevant to the Company’s image and public affairs
  • Handle all social media issues and services such as uploading and updating all social media posts and inputs.
  • Design and implement all publicity affairs of the Company
  • Keep and continuously update records of the Company’s clients, partners and third-party service providers
  • Interface with the Media across all platforms in a manner determined by Company policy

  • Head the finance and accounts department of the company
  • Provide all the services of a Company accountant
  • Keep records of all receipts and expenditures of the Company
  • Ensure the Company meets all financial obligations to its creditors
  • Ensure receipts and proper records of all financial inflows to the Company
  • Keep meticulous records and reconciliation of banking transactions
  • Ensure all tax obligations are met as and when due.
  • Be responsible for the general financial health of the Company

  • Applicant must demonstrate practical knowledge and application of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Applicant must be very familiar with and demonstrate practical knowledge of at least one accounting software package (Peachtree Accounting / Sage 50, Intuit, etc) as well as deep knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet financial modelling.
  • Head the training services department of the Company
  • Applicant must have and show demonstrable knowledge and experience in general training service deliveries both privately, for the public sector and in the corporate world
  • Ensure compliance to all polices of the Company in this regard
  • Coordinate all training services and sessions
  • Coordinate all Recourse Persons, Training Services Providers and Lecturers as the case may be.
  • Continually update policies, programs and strategies for improved services and growth of this department
  • Creatively come up with specialized training programs that will meaningfully increase market participation
  • Always ensure the profitability of the department to the Company’s bottom line
  • Be responsible for and ensure success of the department
  • Provide industry relevant ideas, suggestions, and policy guidance to the CEO about the department.
  • Applicant must demonstrate knowledge and experience in managing training and training outcomes.
  • Applicant must demonstrate skills in multi-tasking and coordinating several assets to achieve clear and codified results and outcomes.
  • Head the Audio Systems Services of the Company. Audio Systems include: the entire audio recording studio, the digital / analog recording studio, all musical instruments in the studio, all audio processors and mixing consoles in the studio and all relevant assets and equipment thereto. All back line equipment for outside engagements such as amps, processors, speakers, line arrays, mixers, cables, microphones, mic stand, etc.
  • Keep all department specific software such as DAWs, Soft Instruments, Music Editing Software etc, properly updated
  • Develop profitable market strategies and engagements for the department
  • Always ensure the profitability of the department to the Company’s bottom line
  • Ensure meticulous compliance with Company policies for the department
  • Provide industry relevant ideas, suggestions, and policy guidance to the CEO about the department
  • Proficiency in at least 1 musical instrument will be an advantage but is not compulsory
  • Applicant must have demonstrable knowledge of different mixing consoles and platforms (digital and analog), and the ability to mix songs and instruments to a variety of different outcomes
  • Applicant must have and show demonstrable knowledge and experience in sound engineering, sound re-enforcement, analog and digital audio production, as well as proficiency in using at least 1 DAW and related audio editing and production software and plugins.
  • Applicant must demonstrate knowledge of VST (Virtual Sound Technologies) and be familiar with Sampling, Midi Systems, Computer bases audio systems and manipulations, Dante Music Network and all current virtualized music platforms.
  • Head the Visual Systems Services of the Company. Visual Systems  include: the digital/analog video recording studio, the photography studio, all cameras, lights, camcorders, mixers etc. and other instruments in the studio, all relevant assets and equipment thereto. All equipment for outside engagements such as cameras, switching devices, wireless devices, tripods, cables, lighting equipment, etc.
    • Develop profitable market strategies and engagements for the department.

  • Ensure meticulous compliance with Company policies for the department.
  • Provide industry relevant ideas, suggestions, and policy guidance to the CEO about the department
  • Applicant must have and show demonstrable and superlative knowledge and experience in all aspects of visual arts and imagery, especially photography, videography, cinematography, post- production and editing, live events coverage and advanced skills in the use of at least 1 video editing software,
  • Applicant must be conversant with and demonstrate capabilities in chroma keying and virtual studio and background concepts, computer graphics and imaging, elements of virtual image creation and manipulation, etc.
  • Applicant must have and show demonstrable knowledge and experience in video mixing and switching systems, both hardware based and software based, such as Vmix etc, as well as live streaming using both platforms.

  • Head the ICT department of the company
  • Configure and implement all ICT systems, hardware, servers, software, applications, handheld devices, and all ICT assets of the Company
  • Keep all above updated and working and properly always maintained
  • Provide ICT support to third party partners and staff as may be required from time to time
  • Keep the Company in compliance with all current and future ICT trends
  • Keep Company in compliance with all relevant ICT regulations and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain soft assets such as websites, email systems and other user specific software and applications.
  • Provide industry relevant ideas, suggestions, and policy guidance to the CEO about the department
  • Applicant must have and show demonstrable knowledge and experience in networking, hardware installation, upgrades, configuration and troubleshooting, (servers, desktops, printers, VOIP systems etc)

Applicant must have requisite knowledge and experience in setting up and administering MS Active Directory.

  • Head the print and reprographics department of the Company
  • Take custody of and maintain all printing equipment and consumables thereto
  • Ensure all such equipment are always in perfect working conditions
  • Always ensure the profitability of the department to the Company’s bottom line
  • Provide industry relevant ideas, suggestions, and policy guidance to the CEO about the department.
  • Keep records of all company assets and equipment
  • Keep records of inbound and outbound movement of all company assets and equipment
  • Only allow outbound movement of duly authorized company inventories
  • Ensure safety of all Company physical assets.
  • Be the lead in all large external engagements of the Company
  • Take possession of and be accountable for all equipment and accessories checked out of stores for outside engagements and ensure their safe and correct use and return to Stores
  • Coordinate such external hands and resources required to successfully prosecute external engagements
  • Source for and judiciously use additional materials and equipment required for external engagements, ensure their proper use and safe return to their respective sources.
